Welcome to the Promise Land!

We did it!! God Did it!! What a wild ride!! After two times having all the flights cancelled, God is flying the team, "Operation Jericho, Waiting for the Promise Land", into Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic!! Wow!! Our team will be picked up by the missionary group stationed in the Dominican for the Church of the Nazarene!! Yes, Faith Promise strikes again!!! We have missionaries waiting to help our group on the ground! After the team arrives at 12:23pm on Sunday the 28th, the bus will take them over the border and into Port-au-Prince, Haiti!! The team will arrive around 930pm into Petion-Ville, Haiti and be tucked into their beds safe and sound!! We'll wait for a posting to see how this all really goes...and photographs!! Until then, we can post comments and questions for the team!! Start Blogging..and Pray for your team...Give them inspirations and Scriptures as they will have access to the internet..bye Bye..your NMI prez, Jennifer Wood

    I am looking forward to following our Haiti Team. God has already done amazing things in pulling the team together!

    I am thrilled to be going on this trip! Came across an ideal verse for us just a few days ago...Isaiah 54:10 "Though the mountains be shaken and the hills be removed, yet my unfailing love for you will not be shaken nor my covenant of peace be removed," says the Lord who has compassion on you.
